Welcome to Tourify3D. By booking our services, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointment Window: We provide an arrival window (e.g., 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM). The photographer will arrive within this timeframe.

  • Property Access: The Client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible. If the photographer arrives and cannot enter the property (gate code missing, key not working, no one home), a rescheduling fee of $35 will apply.

  • Property Readiness: The property must be “shoot-ready” upon arrival. Photographers are not responsible for cleaning, moving furniture, or decluttering. We will photograph the property “as-is.”

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that real estate schedules can change. However, late cancellations prevent us from booking other clients.

  • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $35 Cancellation Fee.

  • Weather: In the event of severe weather (heavy rain/high winds) that prevents exterior shooting, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Cloudy skies are not considered severe weather (we replace skies in post-production).

3. Payments

  • Payment Due: Payment is required to secure your booking or upon delivery of the final media, as specified in your invoice.

  • Delivery: High-resolution images, 3D tours, and marketing materials will be released only after full payment is received.

  • Refunds: Once the service has been performed (the shoot is complete), fees are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with the quality, we will work with you to re-edit or re-shoot specific areas at our discretion.

4. Rights & Usage (Copyright)

  • License to Use: Tourify3D grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and 3D tours for marketing the specific property listing.

  • Third-Party Use: The media is for the Client’s use only. You may not sell, give, or transfer the photos to third parties (such as builders, stagers, designers, or other agents) without written permission from Tourify3D.

  • Copyright: Tourify3D retains the copyright to all images and media produced. We reserve the right to use the photos for our own portfolio and marketing.

5. Pets & Safety

  • Pets: Please ensure all pets are secured or removed from the property during the shoot. Loose pets may appear in the photos or 3D tour, and we cannot edit them out.

  • Safety: If the photographer feels unsafe due to aggressive pets or hazardous conditions, they reserve the right to terminate the shoot. The full booking fee may still apply.

6. Service Area & Travel Fees

  • Our standard pricing covers properties within the Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson metro areas.

  • Properties outside this zone (e.g., Boulder City, Pahrump) may incur an additional travel fee, which will be disclosed prior to booking.

7. Liability

Tourify3D is not liable for any damage to the property unless caused by gross negligence of our team. We are not responsible for how the 3D tour or images are interpreted by prospective buyers.
